Our purpose

UnityMLS exists to give licensed real estate professionals a nationwide multiple listing service they own, govern, and can rely on. We operate as a member trade association, not a private vendor. Every operating decision — fees, features, data policy, syndication choices — is subject to member representation and public disclosure.

How we are structured

UnityMLS is organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code as a business league. Our members are licensed real estate agents, brokers, and their affiliated firms and associations. We are governed by an elected Board of Directors, and our Bylaws, Code of Ethics, and MLS Rules and Regulations are publicly available.
